Our Customer Services Department will be only too happy to give you any further information you may require concerning items within the catalogue and we will gladly supply additional copies of our catalogue upon request.
We make no stipulation as to the minimum value of an order. For instance, it is appreciated that unexpected small items may be required shortly after placing a substantial order and it is upon these occasions that a minimum charge becomes punitive.
Whilst every endeavour is made to maintain prices we reserve the right to amend as necessary. Prices are therefore those ruling at time of despatch.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
There are items within our catalogue which are not of our manufacture where a Special Educational Price is quoted. Such prices are 'NETT and do not qualify for further discount. The Discount Schedule is applicable to the remaining items in this catalogue. For the purpose of carriage only, discountable and Special Educational Prices may be added together and if they amount to £150 or over then carriage is free (most Mainland U.K. addresses), otherwise carriage is extra at cost.
Librex must be advised immediately in the event of any loss or damage to the goods, it must be before 1pm of the next working day. Non-delivery must be reported within 14 days of the invoice.
TRADE DESCRIPTIONS ACT
In the case of wooden type finishes these do not necessarily imply solid timber. Construction from 'life-like' modern veneered materials may be used to great advantage resulting in high quality equipment at competitive prices.
Stock items may be returned within 30 days of receipt for replacement or credit. Items made to order are excluded. Please call Customer Services before returning an item. Should goods arrive damaged, both ourselves and carrier must be advised in writing upon receipt of the goods. If in doubt, please sign goods "damaged" and retain packaging for inspection. In case of non-delivery, report within a week of invoice.
